Title 61 and Title 62 telecommunications services, including basic local exchange services, as acompetitive local exchange camierwithin the service-territories ofU S WEST Communications, Inc.in the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Intellicall's Certificate by Order No. 27787 issued
October 29, 1998. Order No. 27787 limits the areas in which Intellicall is authorized to provide Title62 services, as depicted in the map attached to this Certificate as Exhibit A. This Certificate ispredicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 27787.
