On September 23,2011,ICS of Idaho LLC requested that its Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)No.474 issued by the Commission on May 2,2008,be
cancelled.ICS stated it has ceased all operations and is out of business.In its Decision Meeting on
October 4,2011,the Commission approved ICS’s request for cancellation of Certificate No.474.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
In February 2008,ICS of Idaho LLC filed an Application for a CPCN to provide
facilities-based and resold local exchange and interexchange services in Idaho.In May 2008,the
Commission granted ICS’s Application for a CPCN.Order No.30545.
On September 23,2011,ICS requested cancellation of its Certificate and stated that it
never delivered services in Idaho and has been closed since 2008.Staff recommended the
Commission cancel Certificate No.474 and remove the Company’s price list or tariff on file.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that ICS of Idaho LLC’s request for cancellation of
Certificate ofPublic Convenience and Necessity No.474 is granted.Certificate No.474 is no longer
in effect,and ICS is no longer authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State of
Idaho.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21)days of
the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this case.Within seven (7)days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration,any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.See Idaho Code §§61-619
and 61-626.
