Dear Conley:

This will confirm that Inland Telephone Company has reviewed Staff’s testimony and exhibits in Case No. INL-T-99-02 and does not claim that information Staff included in its testimony and exhibits is proprietary. Accordingly, Staff will file its prefile testimony today.

Also, Staff discovered an error in its Exhibit No. 102 and 105 since providing copies of its testimony to you. On Exhibit 102 page 1, the figure in line 7 Column F should be $9,006 rather than $28,885, which changes the sum total figure in line F from $440,142 to $420,264. That correction reduces the figure in Exhibit 105, line 18, Column E from -$50,168 to -$30,290. Enclosed are copies of the corrected exhibit pages, as well as Patricia Harm’s testimony that changed with the number correction. Cover sheets showing the filing of Staff’s testimony also are enclosed.
