Dear Conley:

Enclosed you will find the prefiled testimony of Staff witnesses, along with Staff’s exhibits and workpapers, in Case No. INL-T-99-02. As we discussed, I will not file this with the Commission until Monday, July 25, 2000, so that you have an opportunity to determine whether any information Staff provides in its testimony and exhibits is considered proprietary. If you believe any information Staff included in its testimony is proprietary, please contact me and we will determine how best to proceed. If I do not hear from you by Monday, July 25th, I will file the testimony with the Commission without safeguarding any of the information from disclosure.
