IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that pursuant to the provisions of Order
No. 7049 and Certificate No. 256, Case No. U-1097-1, issued September 20, 1963;
Order No. 10159 and (First) Amended Certificate No. 256, Case No. U-1097-3, is-
sued March 19, 1971; Order No. 23632 and Second Amended Certificate No. 256,
Case No. INL-T-91-1, issued April 23, 1991; and Order No. 24458 and Third
Amended Certificate No. 256, Case Nos. INL-91-3, POT;.T-91-3, USW-91-10,
and GTE-91-5, issued today; the present and future public convenience and
necessity requires and will require Inland Telephone Company, a Washington
corporation, its successors and assigns, to own, hold, construct or otherwise
acquire, and to maintain and operate a general telephone system in, and to
supply telephone service to the inhabitants of the following certified areas pre-
scribed with respect to the Boise Meridian:

No. 256 is cumulative of Certificate No. 256, (First) Amended Certificate No. 256
and Second Amended Certificate No. 256 and that you need not refer to these
earlier certificates for additional service territory.
