On June 29, 2006, Inland Cellular Telephone Company filed a Petition on behalf of
Washington RSA No.8 Limited Partnership dba Inland Cellular ("Inland" or "Company ) for
designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) for service areas in Idaho that are
currently serviced by other carriers. See Idaho Code 99 62-610A and 62-610D and Order No.
29841. See also 47 V.C. 9 214(e)(2). The Commission granted Citizen Communications
Company of Idaho, Inc. dba Frontier Communications of Idaho s ("Frontier ) Petition to
Intervene on October 5 2005. Order No. 30144. On October 19 2006, the Commission issued a
Notice of Modified Procedure and established a deadline to file written comments of November
2006. Order No. 30152.
On November 15 , 2006, Frontier filed a Request for Extension of Time to File
Comments, with a new deadline of November 27, 2006. None of the parties objected to the
request. We find the request to be reasonable, and approve Frontier s request to extend the
deadline for comments to November 27 2006.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the deadline for all parties to submit comments is
extended to November 27 2006.
