Dear Ms. Washburn:
This is to serve as notice that Inland Cellular Telephone Company
ICTC") is withdrawing the Petition of Inland Cellular for Designation as
Eligible Telecommunications Carrier ("Petition ); transmittal dated January 18
2006. As noted in previous correspondence , ICTC is the sole general partner of
Washington RSA No.8 Limited Partnership (db a Inland Cellular). After Idaho
Public Utilities Commission staff notification and upon further review, the
Petition as filed was incomplete and therefore defective. Rather then filing a
supplement, ICTC is withdrawing the Petition at this time.
