On January 20, 2006, Inland Cellular Telephone Co., Inc. filed an Application for
ETC designation. On March 3, 2006, the Company requested that its Application be withdrawn
without prejudice. Consequently, Inland's Application for an ETC designation is hereby
considered withdrawn and the case closed.
