SUBJECT:APPLICATION OF INTERMOUNTAIN INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP,
LLC FOR REGISTRATION TO PROVIDE FACILITIES.BASED NON-
BASIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE THROUGHOUT IDAHO;
CASE NO. IGL-T-18-01.
On April 19, 2018, Intermountain Infrastructure Group, LLC ("lntermountain" or
"Company") filed an Application with the Commission, per Procedural Order No.32277 and
IDAPA 3 l.0l.0l.l 14, for registration as a facilities-based provider of non-basic local
telecommunications services within the State of Idaho. Application at 1.
THE APPLICATION
Intermountain is a wholesale provider of telecommunications services incorporated in
the State of Delaware and lists its principal place of business as Burlingame, Califomia. Id. at 1.
On March 26, 2018, Idaho's Secretary of State certified that Intermountain is authorized to
transact business in Idaho. Id., Ex. A. While Intermountain does not maintain a place of
business in Idaho, it lists Northwest Registered Agent LLC,784 S Clearwater Loop, Suite B,
Post Falls, Idaho 83854, as its registered agent in ldaho. Id. at2.
Intermountain provided additional information related it its primary contact for [daho
customer complaints and interconnection agreement(s). Finally, Intermountain stated that it will
comply with all Idaho laws and Commission Rules and Regulations and acknowledges that if it
obtains numbering resources in Idaho, it will be subject to numbering conservation, pooling, and
utilization measures. Id. at3.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission process Intermountain's Application under
Modified Procedure with a 2l-day comment period.
