IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, Certificate No. 355, is issued to HighSpeed.Com of Idaho, L.L.C. This Certificate authorizes HighSpeed.Com to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunications services, including basic exchange services, within certain parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved HighSpeed.Coms Certificate by Order No. 27883 issued January 22, 1999, and authorized HighSpeed.Com to provide Title 61 services in the respective service areas of U S WEST Communications and GTE Northwest Incorporated, as depicted in the map attached to this Certificate as Exhibit A. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 27883.
