Frontier Communications Northwest Inc. respectfully requests to withdraw Amendment No. 2 to
an Interconnection Agreement between Frontier Communications Northwest Inc. and T-Mobile
West Corporation f/k/a VoiceStream Wireless filed on August 14, 2012 in Docket No. GTE-T-
98-05. The Amendment was inadvertently filed under the wrong docket number and will be
resubmitted in the correct docket, GTE-T-00-02.
