SUBJECT: INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY’S APPLICATION TO SELL LNG,
CASE NO. INT-G-13-02
On January 23, 2013, Intermountain Gas Company applied for authority to sell LNG
from its Nampa LNG facility to non-utility customers at market-based rates, to use the
accounting treatment specified in the Application, and to share net margins on non-utility sales
with utility customers on 50/50 basis. The Company’s Application requests a March 10, 2013
effective date. However, the Company has advised Staff that it consents to having that date
suspended to allow the parties adequate time to process the case. The Company also requests
Modified Procedure.
Staff recommends that the Commission suspend the proposed effective date under
Idaho Code §§ 61-622 or 61-623 and process the case by Modified Procedure with comments
due March 18, 2013.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to suspend the proposed effective date and issue a Notice
of Application and Modified Procedure setting a March 18, 2013 comment deadline?
