Attached hereto are the Decision Memorandum of Weldon Stutzman; the agenda for the Commissions May 11, 1998 Decision Meeting and the Minutes of said decision meeting. At that decision meeting the Commission voted unanimously to approve the recommendation of staff that the agreement be allowed to become effective by operation of law without any action by the Commission. Therefore, said formal file may now be closed.
