RE:GTE-T-96-02 (ADVICE 96-10) TO REMOVE RESALE PROHIBITION ON INTRALATA TOLL SERVICES AND PROVIDE A WHOLESALE DISCOUNT FOR MTS
This GTE tariff proposed a 5% discount for toll resale, which was contested by AT&T.  A hearing was proposed, and GTE subsequently requested to withdraw the tariff.  At a prehearing conference on August 26, 1996 the Commission approved GTE’s request to withdraw this tariff.
Per discussion with Weldon on 9/25/96, no order will be issued.
