GTE-T-96-02 Advice 96-10

On August 12, 1996, GTE Northwest Incorporated requested withdrawal of their Advice No. 96-10 originally filed with the Commission on May 21, 1996. This filing would have removed the existing resale prohibition in the companys tariff applicable to 1+ intraLATA toll and offered a discount for the resellers of toll.

At a prehearing conference on August 26, 1996, the Commission approved the request to withdraw this tariff.

Purpose of this Minute Entry is to reiterate the Commissions approval of this withdrawal and to close the formal case - Case No. GTE-T-96-02.
