Dear Mr Fattah:

This is in response to your request dated January 9, 1996 for information submitted to the Commission Staff in Case No. GTE-T-95-3. Your request was for data concerning calling studies between exchanges within GTEs proposed extended area service program and the breakdown of costs and revenue loss used to determine revenue neutrality, specifically for Schedule 38.

I understand that documents have already been provided to you, but that Schedule 38 was not previously provided. A photocopy of Schedule 38 thus is enclosed.
