RE: CASE NO. GTE-T-00-08, JOINT APPLICATION OF GTE AND BG ENTER-
PRISES, INC. FOR APPROVAL OF INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT
On May 18, 2000, BG Enterprises, Inc. and GTE Northwest Incorporated filed an Application requesting approval of an interconnection agreement. The agreement was reached through voluntary negotiations and provides terms for BG Enterprises to resell GTE’s services. On June 1, 2000, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure. During the comment period, written comments were filed only by the Commission Staff. Staff recommends approval of the interconnection agreement between BG Enterprises and GTE.
