NOTICE OF TARIFF ADVICE
NOTICE OF MODIFIED PROCEDURE
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on April 28, 2000, GTE filed Tariff Advice 00-05 seeking Commission approval of its collocation tariff effective May 29, 2000. The tariff provides the terms, conditions and prices of elements that make up GTE’s collocation services. Collocation provides access to points of interconnection within a telephone company’s central offices so that other carries may exchange traffic with the incumbent customer, and may also use collocation to access unbundled network elements. On May 16, 2000, the Commission issued Order No. 28378 suspending the proposed effective date of May 29, 2000 for up to 90 days.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that Tariff Advice 00-05 contains terms and conditions for the provision of interconnection as well as collocation on GTE’s premises. The proposed tariff services include a description of collocation, ordering conditions, base requirements, termination of service as well as rates and charges for all local network access services. The tariff contains in excess of 50 rate elements for the services that GTE is offering to competitive local exchange carriers.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Application together with supporting workpapers, testimonies and exhibits, have been filed with the Commission and are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Commission offices.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this case will be held pursuant to the Commission’s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code and that the Commission may enter any final Order consistent with its authority under Title 61.
