GST-T-99-1 MINUTE ORDER On August 26, 1999, GST Telecom Idaho, Inc. filed a Petition for Arbitration with the Commission pursuant to Section 252(b) of the federal Telecommunications Act of 1996. The Petition alleged that GST requested interconnection, services, or network elements with U S WEST pursuant to Section 251 of the Act that negotiations for an agreement have occurred, but that issues between the parties remain unresolved. On February 11, 2000, GST notified the Commission that the parties had reached an agreement and arbitration was no longer necessary. Consequently, GST’s Petition for Arbitration is considered withdrawn and Case No. GST-T-99-1 is closed. O R D E R IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the case to consider the Petition for Arbitration filed by GST Telecom Idaho, Inc. is closed. DATED at Boise, Idaho, this day of April 2001.
