Chinden Blvd. Building 8, Suite 201-A Boise, ID 83714 Re: Granite Telecommunications, LLC Advice Letter No. 15, 2022 FCC 8YY Access Reform/47 C.F.R. §51.911 Toll Free Access Rate Compliance Notice Dear Secretary Noriyuki: Pursuant to the Federal Communications Commission’s October 9, 2020 Report and Order in WC Docket No. 18-156, FCC 20-143, (“8YY R&O”) and Section 51.911(c) of the Federal Communications Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §51.911(c), Granite Telecommunications, LLC (“Granite”) submits to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) this courtesy compliance notice. On June 29, 2021, Granite submitted to the Commission amendments to its switched exchange access tariff, Idaho PUC Price List No. 2. These amendments adopted the corresponding interstate Originating 8YY Access, Terminating Access, and Toll Free Data Base Access Service per minute switched exchange access rates, as set forth in the Company’s F.C.C. Tariff No. 1. Granite is amending its F.C.C. Tariff No. 1 to comply with the Federal Communications Commission’s 8YY R&O following incumbent local exchange carrier tariff amendments, effective July 1, 2022. No further Idaho tariff amendments are required to comply with the 8YY R&O, accordingly. Granite’s F.C.C. Tariff No. 1 may be viewed at https://apps.fcc.gov/etfs/public/tariff.action?idTariff=442.
