On May 1 , 2003, Reliant Communications, Inc. submitted a request to the
Commission to change its name from HJN Telecom, Inc.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this amended Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity, Certificate No. 371 , is issued to Reliant Communications, Inc. This Certificate
authorizes Reliant to provide basic local exchange services. In Order No. 29246 , issued May 23
2003, the Commission approved the name change from HJN Telecom, Inc. to Reliant
Communications, Inc., and authorized Reliant to provide basic local exchange services within
the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of
the Commission in Order No. 29246.
