to . provide Title 61 regulated telecommunication services, including basic local exchange
services, within the state of Idaho. The Commission approved HJN's Certificate by Order No.
28268 issued January 28, 2000, and authorized HJN to provide Title 61 services in the state of
Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the
Commission in Order No. 28268.
