Dear Ms. Jewel,
Comm South Companies, Inc. is certified as a reselier of telecommunications services in
South Dakota, however we are not currently conducting business in this state and have no
plans to enter the market anytime soon. Comm South respectfully requests the
withdrawal of its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, which was granted
under Case No. GNR-T-99-12, Certificate No. 368 on February 3, 2000. The signature of
Mr. John McClure, our President, is shown below.
All applicable forms are being processed to the Secretary of State regarding our
