Necessity,Certificate No.372,is issued to dPi-Teleconnect,LLC.This Certificate authorizes
dPi-Teleconnect to provide resold local exchange service in those areas currently served by
U S WEST Communications and GTE Northwest and any other relevant incumbent-facilities-
based LECs.In Order No.28185 issued October 22,1999,the Commission approved dPi
Teleconnect’s Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide,on a
resale basis,prepaid monthly reoccurring,flat-rate residential local exchange service,and other
services available on a resale basis from the underlying incumbent local exchange carrier.This
Certificate is predicated upon and pursuant to the findings of the Commission contained in Order
No.28185.
