In response, CenturyTel of the Gem State and CenturyTel of Idaho provide the following infonnation. CenturyTel of the Gem State and CenturyTel of Idaho process PIC and LPIC changes both manually and electronically for Idaho customers. However, the companies do not track the amount or percentage of PIC or LPIC changes that are handled electronically or manually at this time. CenturyTel has reviewed the FCC's recent Order (FCC 05-, Docket No. 02-53) and is reviewing its PIC/LPIC processes in hopes of updating or making any changes that may be necessary. If you have any further questions on this matter, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely, Doug Cooley CenturyTel 503-587-8722
