ORDER NO. 27883
On January 22, 1999, the Commission issued Order No. 27883 in this case. That Order was intended to be a “final Order” pursuant to Rule 323 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.323. The final Order paragraph, however, was inadvertently omitted from Order No. 27883. Order No. 27883 shall be deemed to be a final Order for purposes of the aforementioned Rules of Procedure.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Order No. 27883 issued in this case by the Commission on January 22, 1999 is a “final Order” pursuant to Rule 323 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.323.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order (or in issues finally decided by this Order) or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. GNR-T-98-19 may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. GNR-T-98-19. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code § 61-626.
