CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY NO. 355 ORDER NO. 29660
CASE NO. GNR-98-
On November 19, 2004, the Commission received a request from Tom Savant
former president of HighSpeed.Com of Idaho, LLC, to cancel Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity No. 355. The Commission granted Certificate No. 355 in Case No. GNR-98-
, Order No. 27883. HighSpeed indicated that the Company has not been in business for
several years. At the Decision Meeting on December 6, 2004, Staff recommended to the
Commission that HighSpeed.Com s request be granted and Certificate No. 355 be cancelled.
This Order approves HighSpeed.Com of Idaho, LLC's request to cancel Certificate No. 355.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that HighSpeed.Com of Idaho, LLC's request to cancel
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 355 is approved, and Certificate No. 355 is
hereby without force and effect.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order. Within seven (7)
days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for
reconsideration. See Idaho Code 9 61-626.
