IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is issued to One Eighty Communications, Inc., Certificate No. 352, to authorize One Eighty to provide Title 61 and Title 62 telecommunications services, including basic local exchange services, as a competitive local exchange carrrier within the service territories of U S WEST Communications, Inc. in the state of Idaho. The Commission approved One Eightys Certificate by Order No. 27806 issued November 20, 1998. Order No. 27806 limits the areas in which One Eighty is authorized to provide Title 62 services, as depicted in the map attached to this Certificate as Exhibit A. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 27806.
