The Company provided the Idaho Secretary of State’s Amended Certificate of Authority that indicates the Company changed its name on August 2, 2000. The Company requested that the Commission reflect the change of name on its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 354 issued to Advanced TelCom Group on January 1, 1998. Consequently, the Commission authorizes the name change from Advanced TelCom Group, Inc. to Advanced TelCom, Inc. on Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 354.
