MINUTE ORDER
On January 25, 1999, the Commission issued Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 354 to Advanced Telcom Group, Inc. pursuant to Order No. 27879.
On September 4, 2002, the Company stated that it filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The Company stated that as of October 15, 2002 it will no longer be offering telecommunications services in Idaho, and currently has no customers in Idaho. Advanced Telcom requested that its Certificate be withdrawn. Staff presented this matter to the Commission at its September 24, 2002 decision meeting. Staff recommended and the Commission approved the request for withdrawal. Consequently, Advanced Telcom’s Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 354 is considered withdrawn and no further action is necessary.
