This case was opened in July 1998 to identify high cost service areas in the State
where new Universal Service Fund (USF) support would be available to eligible
telecommunications providers. Idaho Code 9 62-610A-F. The designation ofUSF service areas
was later accomplished in Case No. GNR- T -00-2. See Order No. 28820, Exh. 105, Attch. A.
Accordingly, this case is not needed and can be and is hereby closed.
