On May 14, 2007, the Commission received a letter from Western CLEC Corporation
Western ) requesting that the Commission terminate the Company s Competitive Local
Exchange Carrier (CLEC) certificate No. 346. Western wishes to surrender and terminate its
certificate of authority to provide CLEC services and to withdraw the Company s tariff. Western
has no CLEC customers in Idaho.
