Dear Ms. Jewell:
Western CLEC Corporation ("Western ) requests, effective immediately or as soon as practical
to terminate the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier ("CLEC") certificate referenced above.
Western requests to surrender and tenninate its certificate of authority to provide CLEC services
and cancellation of tariffs, if any, that it may have filed with the Commission. Western has no
CLEC customers or operations in the state and therefore, no customers will be affected by this
voluntary cancellation.
