On November 30, 2000, a Stipulation to adjust procedural schedule was filed in this case. The parties to the Stipulation agreed that the dates for prefiling testimony could be moved in order to allow the parties additional time to discuss a possible settlement and stipulation. The Stipulation provides that the date for prefiling direct testimony will be December 15, 2000 rather than December 4, 2000, and the date for prefiling rebuttal testimony will move from January 10, 2001 to January 12, 2001. The Stipulation also provides that each party will identify those portions of testimony it previously prefiled with the Commission on which the party intends to rely.
The Commission approves the Stipulation to adjust the procedural schedule and the adjustment in the prefiling dates.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the date for prefiling direct testimony in this case shall be December 15, 2000 and the date for prefiling rebuttal testimony shall be January 12, 2001. As part of the filing of direct testimony on December 15, 2000, each party must identify those portions of testimony it previously prefiled with the Commission on which the party intends to rely at hearing.
