It is hereby certified that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate No. 336) is issued to Sterling International Funding, Inc., dba Reconex, (Reconex) to authorize Reconex to provide Title 61 regulated telecommunications services, including basic exchange services, within parts of the state of Idaho. The Commission approved Reconexs Certificate by Order No. 27302 issued January 6, 1998. Order No. 27302 limits the areas in which Reconex is authorized to provide Title 61 services as depicted in the map attached to this Certificate as Exhibit A. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 27302.
