SUBJECT: CONTRACT FOR LEGAL SERVICES
Staff is recommending that the Commission enter into a contract for professional
legal services with the law firm Duncan & Allen in Washington, D.C. The firm practices before
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and has specific knowledge related to
PURPA, transmission, the FPA, and FERC procedures. Staff estimates that the total cost of the
contract would not exceed $46,000.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission agree with Staff’s recommendation to enter into a contract for
