AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING FOR ORAL ARGUMENT
On October 9, 1998, the Commission issued an Order Establishing Briefing Schedule and Oral Argument, Order No.  27759, setting a hearing for oral argument in this case before the Commission on Wednesday, November 18, 1998, at 9:30 a.m.  With the concurrence of the parties, the Commission issues this amended notice to reschedule the hearing to commence on the same day at 1:30 p.m., to enable the Commissioners to attend a memorial service.
