On October 13, 1998, a Motion was filed in this case by Idaho Cable Telecommunica­tions Association (ICTA) requesting the Commission to issue an Order allowing ICTA to withdraw as a party.  There being no objection or response filed to ICTA’s Motion, the Commission grants ICTA’s Motion to Withdraw as a party in this proceeding.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, in response to a Motion filed by the Idaho Cable Telecommunications Association, that ICTA is permitted to withdraw as a party in this case.
