The IdahoPublic Utilities Commissioncertifies for the carrier listed all federal high-cost support
provided to such carrier within Idaho was used in the precedingcalendaryear (2021)and will be used in
the coming calendar year (2023)only for the provision,maintenance,and upgrading of facilities and
services for which the support is intended.'
