Communications Rockland, who being duly authorized to represent Direct Communications
Rockland, and, being first sworn by me, did depose and declare:
(1) Direct Communications Rockland, is an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier pursuant
to Section 21,4€ of the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996 and a recipient of
federal high-cost support. Allfederal high-cost support provided to Direct
Communications Rockland, was used in the preceding calendar year and will be used
in the coming calendar year only for the provision, maintenance and upgrading of
facilities and services for which the rt is intended.
