Dear Secretary Hanian:

Pursuant to Section 51.911(c) of the Federal Communications Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §51.911(c),
dishNET Wireline L.L.C. (“dishNET”) submits to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission this Letter of
Compliance.

dishNET will comply with the above cited regulation by setting its Idaho intrastate terminating access
rates at parity with those of the CenturyLink Operating Companies’ interstate rates as cited in the
Company’s Idaho access tariff, Idaho P.U.C. Tariff No. 3, effective July 3, 2018.1 dishNET adopts the
corresponding CenturyLink Operating Companies’ interstate terminating access rates set forth in
dishNET’s amended Tariff F.C.C. No. 1, also effective July 3, 2018. The Company’s interstate F.C.C.
Tariff No. 1 may be viewed at https://apps.fcc.gov/etfs/public/tariff.action?idTariff=388. This submission
is dishNET’s final annual compliance submission to the Commission pursuant to Section 51.911 of the
FCC’s rules, unless Section 51.911 or the CenturyLink Operating Companies’ interstate terminating
access rates are subsequently amended.
