Q LINK WIRELESS LLC ("Q LINK") hereby provides notice of changes to its Lifeline
offering in Idaho in accordance with changes in the Federal Communications Commission's
minimum service standards set forth at 47 C.F.R. $ 54.408, effective December 1,2017.
As summarized rn Attachment A attached hereto, Q LINK has increased the amount of data
included on each existing rate plan from 500 megabyes (MB) to I gigabyte (GB) per month, with
no changes in net cost to the Lifeline customer, and has added a fourth plan option.
