Stakeholders,
Commission Staff has compiled a Second Summary and Report (attached) in Case No.
GNR-T-17-05 and now proposes that all interested stakeholders with a desire to do so
submit draft legislative language on or before October 4, 2018, for consideration by
stakeholders at an informal settlement meeting on October 17,2018, at 10:00 a.m., in the
Commission Hearing Room.
