Enclosed is the revised Administrator's Report of the ldaho Universal Service
Fund (IUSF) for the year ended June 30,2017. Enclosed is one complete copy,
including all schedules, work papers and the administrative budget. You may
distribute the report as you find appropriate.
Columbine/Silver Star Telephone submitted the IUSF Annual Report Request
late on July 25, 2017. Silver Star Telecom is one of the companies receiving
funding from the Idaho Universal Service Fund, and therefore slightly affected
the statewide averages, as well as funding eligibility. lt did not affect or change
the financial statements, or my recommendation of Option 3.
