Comment: This area code overlay you have coming up is a stupid way to do it. Please just divide the state and give part
the new area code and get the other part the same. Making all number have to be dialed with all 10 digits will be a pain
in the butt and very confusing and hard for businesses to have to advertise the whole number as space is sometimes
limited.
