Comment:I have read the article regarding the need for a second area code in Idaho.I would like to recommend that
the Overlay Method be used so that only new phone numbers issued in Idaho would receive a new area code.Much
better for everyone,and I believe we all will adjust to punching in the area code every time we call someone in Idaho,
especially with the permissive dialing and recorded messages to remind us during the 16-month process.
