On behalf of Nexus Communications, Inc. ("Nexus"), please find the enclosed FCC Form 555
for reporting year 2014, which Nexus submits to the Commission pursuant to 47 CFR $
54.416(b).
Pursuant to Commission Rule 67 and Section 9-340D of the Idaho Code, Nexus submits this
Form 555 under seal as it contains trade secret and confidential information. Specifically, Nexus
seeks confidential treatment of the data contained in Form 555, which is sensitive information
that includes the overall number of Nexus subscribers in Idaho and a breakdown of the results of
Nexus's effort to re-certify its customer base. This is valuable proprietary information, which, if
disclosed, would harm Nexus' business with respect to its competitors. Accordingly, Nexus is
entitled to confidential protection for the information at issue.
An extra copy of this letter is enclosed. Please date-stamp and return in the self-addressed
