Tariff No.1.In this filing,OrbitCom is correcting an error in its June,2012 filing wherein
the charges for Tandem Switching —Terminating were inadvertently not lowered to
comply with the Federal Communications Commission Report and Order in WC Docket
Nos.10-90,etc.,FCC Release No.11-161 (Nov.18,2011)(Sheet Nos.7,9,24.1,24.2,
24.3 and 24.4).
The revisions have an Issue Date of July 12,2012 and a requested Effective
Date of July 1,2012.
