32534 issued April 24, 2012 in the case referenced above. Bandwidth.com CLEC's intrastate switched
access rates currently in effect in Idaho are at or below its tariffed interstate rates in effect on December
29, 2011; accordingly, the Company will not be filing a change to its access rates.
