Enclosed for filing is a revision to pages 66-68 of the OrbitCom,Inc.Idaho Switched
Access Tariff No.1.In this filing,OrbitCom is reducing its terminating rates for switched
access services in order to comply with the Federal Communications Commission
Report and Order in WC Docket Nos.10-90,etc.,FCC Release No.11-161 (Nov.18,
2011)(Sheet Nos.7,9,24.1,24.2,24.3 and 24.4).A slight revision (originating only)is
being made to the tariffed VolP charges in section 15.1.5 to comply with the FCCs
Second Order on Reconsideration issued in late April of this year.
The revisions have an Issue Date of June 7,2012 and a requested Effective
Date of July 1,2012.

may be different than those specified for such Service in this Tariff.ICB rates will be
offered to the Customer in writing.Notice of such arrangements will be provided to the
Commission according to Commission rules.
